The rack is great, easy to adjust. My only problem was the first time I was sent the regular rack instead of the recumbent. When I tried to send it back, I was forced by Amazon to return the first one and reorder, instead of just exchanging. But everything went fine on getting the correct one, including the crediting for the incorrect one, and the correct one was sent before I returned the incorrect one, so no complaints.

A little time-consuming to assemble out of the box, but does everything exceptionally well. Adjusted easily to my LWB Recumbent and my wife's "Townie" low step-through frame bike. (View the manufacturer's video on adjusting; you'll save a lot of time.) No normal rack could accommodate either bike without hanging them upside down, and then only for short trips! (Not a great way to transport a bike.) Just got back from an 800 mile trip; absolutely no issues. The bikes stayed put and never moved, even at 70+ mph. Well engineered, sturdy, fast and easy to adjust and attach to/remove from the hitch receiver. Folds up nicely when the bikes are off the rack, too. I was hoping this would work for my lowrider bike but when it came and I set everything in place, it was a dream come true. No more worries about my bike falling off and causing major accidents. I have been very pleased with this rack. It is built like a tank, and holds my Sun EZ-1 SX and an additional upright no problem. It is easy to use and has finally made my recumbent transportable. I'd say my only small gripe is that during install they tell you to make sure to not knock off some plastic washers. Those are BARELY glued on, and despite my care they got knocked off. They are only spacers and I glued them back on. Once installed they are sandwiched between metal, so not an ongoing concern.
