Unless I use a bungee cord, I have no idea how to get this belt to stay around a wheelchair.

No directions about how to install this, no idea where you attach it, what kind of nuts and bolts to use ( would have been nice if the nuts and bolts came with it, and of course at least a hint where it should go on the wheelchair). Just another useless purchase that would have been a great help if I could actually use it.
