By far the best leather cleaner/conditioner I have used! After trying all the common leather cleaners and conditioners you find at auto parts stores up to the best common on the shelf products like Lexol and Meguiar's (both good products), Rejuvenator Oil/Pristine Clean is simply in another league. Instead of leaving behind an oily or tacky finish on the surface that only lasts a few days, this system really gets deep into the leather to strengthen and protect it. In fact because it actually penetrates and soaks into leather, the Rejuvenator Oil (not the Pristine Clean) is the first step in cleaning! Most other products have you clean first then add a conditioner. All this does is clean the surface leaving all that sweat, grit and grime trapped in your leather.

Leatherique's method is different and has you apply the Rejuvenator Oil first to soak into the leather. After it has soaked deep into the pours and fibers of the leather, all the dirt and grime floats out of the leather to the surface. You then clean away all this grime with the Pristine Clean. It really does work! My BMW M3's Nappa leather seats were like cardboard and starting to crack from neglect of the previous owner. Rejuvenator Oil/Pristine Clean has brought my seats back to their original soft supple feel. My interior is the rare Modena, which is a natural tan color (like a baseball glove) and it shows dirt and wear very easily. I get complements all the time now on how good my interior looks. Rejuvenator Oil/Pristine clean has also brought back that wonderful leather smell. Not from perfumes or scent of the product itself but from the actual real leather smell of my seats! Highly recommended!

While this product can be a bit messy and unwieldy to use, it really does clean down to the core those leather seats that have picked up a lot of grime over time, that other leather cleaners bought in auto parts stores do not even begin to touch. I ordered this because my 2004 Lexus' tan leather seats never looked clean, in spite of a lot of elbow grease with the inferior products that I had been using. Yes, you have to put the oily cleaner on the seat and let it sit over night [preferably in the heat] and then you run the other cleaner over it, but the results are pretty amazing and satisfying. My seats looked pretty much new, so it was worth the price of the products.

When I purchased my car, I thoroughly researched cleaners and conditioners to ensure against the cracking Armourall had caused in my previous vehicle. I purchased the Leatherique Conditioner and Pristine Clean after reading about them on the internet (see product description above), and use them according to the directions on autogeek.net.

I use an old sock to apply the oil, park the car in the sun for a day, and then remove dirt and excess oil with Pristine Clean. The oil is used first so that it can penetrate the leather and bring impurities to the surface.

I also tried it on the leather in a ten-year-old vehicle, and with only one use, it made a noticeable difference in appearance. I would imagine that with more applications, the leather would be restored.

As for my car, the Leatherique products have maintained the subtle quality and new-leather scent of my upholstery; I use it about three times a year. I was hesitant to purchase the products because of the price, but I have found they lived up to all the claims. Aside from the quality results I obtain, I also have peace of mind that they will not damage my vehicle.

This is my second car with light beige leather, and I wear jeans every day for work and experienced major blue jean dye transfer on the leather. This stuff really gets out clean.

Most leather treatments leave the leather glossy or greasy. This stuff actually can make hard leather feel supple again, when used as Leatherique recommends on their website. First you use the Rejuvenator, and let the car in out in the sun, reapplying it after an hour or so. the object here is for the heat within the car to open up the hide's pores, and then applying this product which is (I'm guessing here, but from the smell) mostly some kind of animal oils. Just spreading it on with your hands works best. 2-3 applications the first time round, and your leather will likely soak most all of it up!

Use the Prestine Clean to remove the excess Rejuvenator. If your leather was neglected, you will be amazed what this product can do. I had an old SAAB convertible that had leather that had become hardened by age & sun. After using the Leatherique process regularly, it looked "pretty good" (instead of "sad"!). Using this on my Mercedes, I expect I will never have the "cardboard-hard" leather problem.

Great stuff.
