I bought a pair at Toys r us after a previous shade I purchased had suction cups that wouldn't stay on the window. The window attachments were easy to install and the quality is great. They work as intended. Unfortunately, the shade melted into the roll up feature. So we still use it as it blocks glare really well, only we can't roll it up anymore.

I never had a worst experience with any other purchase/product. Decided to ask for refund after 3 successful returns. First time the hook which is attached to suction cup got broken, it was so fragile that it happened in 2 weeks of use. Then I got it replaced. I felt this time it was the latest model with more stronger hooks, but within a week use some portion inside the roller got melted and got stuck with the shade. I am in Texas, first I thought it may be because of the temp (>100F). Might be not designed for the Texas climate :). Since I like the product looks taught of one more try. Got the 2nd replacement. This time Texas cooled down to 85-90 F. The worst thing is, the same thing inside the roller melted and the shade got stuck to it. The melted plastic or some sort of rubberize material, even fell on my car's door. That too on a day the Temp was 85F!!!!! . Worst design. They missed out the basic design need.. it's supposed to be used as a sun shade!!!.

I appreciate amazons return process, it's so fast and easy. Might be that's the major reason I waited this long before asking for a refund.

Hope my review reaches Brica product design team and they show a courtesy to look into the design fault and recall the product itself.

I originally purchased these shades at Babies R Us with a giftcard. I bought the two pack so that I could shade both sides of my car. The suction cups never worked, so we had to window mount them.

The first shade melted into the frame almost immediately. This was during a period of mild weather. I cannot imagine how quickly these would melt were I living in some tropical climate. The second shade lasted a bit longer, but it never retracted properly and always required nudging to get it to roll up. It finally bit the dust fewer than five months into using it. It, too, melted into the frame.

These shades are terrible. Please do not buy this product. It is a true waste of money. I am sad that I spent a giftcard on this poor quality product.

Oh yes, the suction is great...but one of them stop working at the second time I tried to pull it down...nothing. No, I would not buy again or recommend them.

This shade has too many problems. The biggest one being that it doesn't cover near enough window to keep the sun out of my baby's face. Since that is the main objective, this is a fail. The main piece is much wider than the shade that rolls out, so it can only cover about half my window, and inevitably at some point in the drive, the bright Texas sun is right in my kids face. Also the auction cups fall off the window often. I could deal with that if it otherwise worked.
