This seat cushion is "great". It has the option of turning the heat on or off; it has switches to select massage of the upper back, lower back or thighs, or all three. And it has three levels of massage, low, medium and high. I have "degenerative disk disease" and I recently went on a trip of 550 miles which usually "kills" my back. But with the heat and massage I felt very little discomfort in my back. I would recommend this cushion for anyone, but especially for anyone with back problems.

The product works as advertised. It is a little incomvenient with all the wires running from cig lighter to control and unit in the car. However, it massages and heats the seat very well. My wife loves it.

Not massaging. Vibrating. Vibrating is not massaging. The material that it is made of is very nice. Needs an on off switch so it can stay plugged in.
