The Polar-Ex Heated Car seat was bought as a Chanukah present for my wife. She has significant lower back problems which heat helps to relieve as she drives. The Polar-Ex replaced a conduction style heated car seat which was so uncomfortable with its projecting heating elements that I would routinely remove it. No such problem with the Polar-Ex. Tried a Wagan heated seat cushion last fall and it didn't make it through the winter (Nov, Dec, Jan). Tried this since it cost a little more and made by Polar and it only lasted from Feb til now. Actually I had it safely stored away for the summer and now when I went to use it no heat! From what I see in other reviews these are pretty cheap but at least Wagan states a one year warranty where I don't see any warranty promise by Polar. Not happy that I'll have to keep buying these every year untill I get a newer car with heated seats.

the winter months and it is still in great shape. It definitely warms you up quickly. I would definitely recommend

Love it. I put it underneath my seat covers and the low setting is still almost too warm there. It is very relaxing and it warms up immediately, unlike my car heater. One word of caution -if you have two cigarette lighters in your truck/car, plug it into the one connected to the ignition. Otherwise, it will drain your battery because it doesn't shut off unless you turn it off.

won't stay in place. The anchors on the front won't reach anything on the seat However, the elastic on the seat back works.
