Even though the shipping time said 17-28 days, it arrived in just a week. I guess it depends on location; I live in a major city.

The Totoro itself is positioned a little higher than in the actual picture, but the quality is superb. Like a lot of seat belt covers, they often are somewhat loose so they do tend to slide down a bit as you shift around in your seat when driving or riding. I'm hoping to get a Totoro pillow in the near future to complete it.
