The SPORT TRAX BEAD SEAT CUSHION is a snap to install: just place it over your car seat and slip the the straps over the seat and the back rest. The cushion stays in place.

You hardly notice the beads when you sit on them, so this seat cushion is a lot better than the one I was replacing which took a little while to get used to.

The reason I only give 4-stars instead of 5 is because the lumbar support is very noticeable and some might find it uncomfortable. It was very obvious for the first week of driving. I think I'm used to it now, though, but some people might not like it.

Another reason for the star deduction is a chemical scent that comes from the seat cushion. It's not bad, but it smells a little like vinegar and makes the inside of your car smell as well. I'm sure this will fade in time, but still...who wants the inside of their car to smell like a pickle!

Other than those two small reasons the cushion is not bad and doubles as a seat and head rest protector.

Unlike alot of seat covers, this one has plenty of straps to keep it where you put it and it's easy to install. The built in lumbar is a great feature.

It does have a slight chemical smell to it but it is not offensive.

All in all in my opinion it's worth the purchase price.

This was a present for my husband, but didnt last long. The straps are really short and it didnt take long for the seat to start breaking apart (at the straps). He used it for a few months before it had to be thrown away. My husband does get in and out of his car frequently he did say that it felt good when he had it. We tried to add/adjust straps to make it stay put, but they didnt. If they would change the way its mounted it would be a worthy poruct. i would not recommend this to anyone, a waste of money.
