I am a mobile worker. I spend most of my days visiting clients on the field and writing notes about my contacts. The slide out writing area comes with a clip-on where you can sit your papers and they won't move. The non skid surface is simply awesome! You can put your computer or cell phone on it and they will not slide. It also comes with space to keep your laptop or working papers out of sight and keep hanging file folders, pens, pencils and post-it notes accessible. I have the version that comes with the power inverter and a convenient carrying case, so I am able to take it with me to the office or move it to the trunk. I can also recharge my cell phone or computer when on the go. Buy one you won't be disappointed!

I bought the Grip Master Efficiency for my husband, since he works out of his car. He absolutely loves it, he now has a place to set his computer and the side organizer is perfect for all his office supplies

I do a lot of traveling for sales and this is a great desk, with non-slip grip on top, for laptop, iPad work area.If you brake normally and even quickly, the grip really grabs.
Easily sits in my Prius passenger seat ( seat has to be ALL the way back to clear the dashboard ). It's basically an injected molded plastic
that should be priced more around 69.95 for all that it is. The storage slots on top are deep enough for a few hanging files and triple compartment for pens, calc, cords, etc. It would be nice if there were custom inserts for the compartment so you could customize it to your needs for accessories.

There are fancier, and some with slightly different options, but this basic model works for what we needed. Also, the friction surface on top does hold on to your laptop fairly well, barring any sudden impact or jolt. For those of us who work in our cars, it's a good idea.
