I ordered 2 of these extenders. They arrived and did not fit. I called and spoke to a very kind person on the phone who told me to draw a picture of the buckle that I needed it to fit into and mail them back. I completed the task AND the proper paperwork. Got notification from the USPS that item was delivered. Didn't hear from the company for 2 months! I just called to inquire and the (kind) lady on the phone told me that they sent me an e-mail back on March 6 and also said that they were waiting to hear from me. I asked her what e-mail address that it was sent to because I never received an e-mail. She could not provide an e-mail address to me. She told me that I could get extenders to fit my van at an additional cost of $8.00 EACH! This made me angry and I told her that I wanted a refund.

I feel that by this company NOT getting in touch with me and then asking me for more $$$ was UNACCEPTABLE! I am an UNHAPPY customer :-(

I have a friend who is plus size and we have always used her car(her seat belts were longer). We recently travelled out of state for a wedding and needed to use my car, the seat belt extender worked great. We could just move it to any seat belt in the car.
