I have been buying "Seat Solutions" coccyx cushions for over 10 years, ever since I found one in a drugstore, and I continue to find them the best there is. The foam is not memory foam, but is a fairly firm high density foam which gives more support to the back than memory foam for it retains the forward tilt that the wedge shape is meant to provide. The cushion has one vinyl side and one that is fabric, a useful feature that gives you a choice of slip or non-slip sides. The cushion wears very well. After about 6 or 7 years of daily usage I find the vinyl side gussets start to crack a little, but the cushion remains usable. My big problem is that I lose them, for I take it to the movies, to restaurants, on planes, trains and automobiles.

So when I saw this at 1/2 the price of the original I tried it. It looks and feels the same, but the foam inside is very soft, meaning the back part crushes down and therefore doesn't tilt you forward and alleviate pressure on coccyx. So I highly recommend paying $25 to get the original "Seat Solutions" cushion. You can recognize it because it comes in a box and has the name sewn in at the back.

This cushion is mediocre at best. It loses its shape relatively quickly and honestly didn't provide much support.

I did not like this product ... The foam is not firm ... I only weigh 145 and this foam went flat immediately ... I would not recommend this product

It is an inexpensive version of a quality product that I have purchased in the past from Bed Bath and Beyond. The cushioning is just not there and the size is smaller. When used, it makes noises from the materials used for support. Spend more and buy the original.
