I was pleased when I opened the package to find that the seat belt adjuster was made of metal. My previous purchases had all been plastic and broke after a year or two. These adjusters work perfectly, stay where you put them and should last forever.

These are two well made metal clips and I use one for the front passenger seat and one for the driver's seat. True, you have to unclip it if another driver (such as my husband, who is 6ft tall) is driving but I just unclip it from the top strap and slide the buckle down to the end of the belt, where it stays until I need it. It takes just seconds to re-attach the top strap again. The buckle fits snugly and will not slip or slide once the top and bottom straps are buckled together. Well worth the price and will last forever!

I like the fact that this is very thick and sturdy metal, so will last forever. The problem is that the openings are too large and the seat belt doesn't stay inside of the openings. Yes, I can/could fix this by stitching the seat belt in place. But who wants to do that? This item just isn't well designed, in my opinion.

It does keep the belt off my neck, but has to be adjusted or put back on every time I put the seat belt on which is annoying.
