This is my second pillow. I left my last one on an airplane. This is a great product for traveling because it is light and easy to carry. However it will flatten and lose its shape over time. I am a smaller person and it fits me very well. The elastic strap on the back is only good for carrying it around. It doesn't really slip over a chair and does not have a buckle for easy release.

Don't waste your money. The strap broke on the first attempt and it's made of cheap foam. You are better off going to staples and cutting off a square piece of foam for a buck than this piece of garbage. All it does is push you forward uncomfortably and makes you want to throw it out the window. Take 3 beanie babies and shove them behind your back, it's better than this waste of money. Love, grouchy man with low back pain.

The strap on this back support will not fit around the backrest of my seat, requiring that I readjust it to frequently. It would be better if the strap were longer and attached more substantially.
