I've seen similar items for twice the price, and other brands that were cheaply made. This one is solid, with a sturdy and well-padded seat. Assembly takes just a few minutes with the included tools. Arrived quickly, too.

I weigh 185 lbs. The very 1st time I sat down on it, the seat broke in half, sending me on my back. With it broken, you can realize that the base of the seat is only a piece of pressed board that is a whopping 1/4 inch thick! Besides, the tool tray has no dividers as shown and advertised. The seat needs supported as other mechanics seats I have are. I believe this seat should seriously be recalled, as it is dangerous! I wish I could post photos.
