I bought one of these neck rest pillows a few years ago to support my neck/head in my car when riding as a passenger. It provides the support lacking between the headrest and my head. I chose this particular one because it is made with memory foam, and forms to your body instead of just being a hard piece of foam to rest against. The design is excellent, as it has a soft velour cover and straps to easily secure it to the headrest.It feels fantastic to support my neck and rest my head when riding in the car. It can be used also while driving, but may feel a little too much for the driver. It is really best as a neck rest for passengers. So far I have bought three of these, as every woman who rides in my car wants one of their own, and I have given them for gifts. Fantastic well designed product.

This product was useless to me. I needed a bit of neck support in the car, but this item was so large that it pushed my head forward in an uncomfortable way. It needed to be less than half the size.

I don't love it or hate it, but it does get the job done. I actually bought this to help with my office chair and hooked it up with some extra velcro. I say not a universal fit because the comfort of a pillow is so dependent on the taste of the buyer. I personally have multiple memory foam mattresses and love them. On the other hand I just like this pillow not love. It definitely works and gets the job done, but not the perfect fit for me.

I like everything about it (color, softness, size, etc.), except that the memory foam just doesn't "breath." It makes me sweat, so unless it's cold outside, I get quite uncomfortable as my shirt gets all sweaty. In the summer, even with the air on, my back/ neck sweats. It's not has bad as a plastic bad on your back, but close.

Winter is coming so I should be good for until the Spring. After that, I will probably have to purchase a new headrest.

If you are looking for a large neck pillow to fill in the gap between the seat and the headrest then this is the one for you. Keep in mind it is big--6 inches in diameter. I'm tall, 5'11" and drive a 2005 Jeep Wrangler. The seat and headrest are not separate so there is a large area where there is no neck support. For a drive over an hour my neck got tired because there was no place to actually rest it. This neck pillow made driving the Jeep a lot more comfortable.
