Just cheap fabric padding for the seat belt. If put on tight to the seat belt, this will stop the seat belt from retracting up. This causes the user to slide the should pad back into place which each use.

I like them. They spiff up my Subaru nicely. I did take one star off because I'd like them just a little more padded, but they are comfortable. Well worth the money though.

These cushions took a while to get here from overseas, but they are worth the wait! Cushions are very soft, and the lettering and logo are stitched well and look great. I have never used this kind of pad before, and they seemed like they might be a case of "form over function", and while they DO look really good, I found I like having the soft pad going across my neck and shoulder than the stiff seat belt. They feel like they will hold up well with regular use.
