I have used this, along with the Conditioner No. 1, on a variety of old and new leather handbags and shoes. The conditioner keeps the leather supple, or in the case of some of my older shoe and handbags, restored the leather to the intended buttery-soft condition. I always follow the treatment with the water protectant to keep my shoes and handbags in the best possible condition.

I just treated a pair of my husband's well-loved leather shoes and he was amazed by how great the conditioner and protectant made them look.

I got a beautiful black leather coat for my birthday. I live in the Seattle area so needless to say I didn't feel comfy wearing it out in our Winter/Spring weather. That is until I got this! I'm hyper-sensitive to smell and it had a very pleasant odor while applying the product. Once it dried, there was no smell just the wonderful new leather smell of the jacket. And it blended perfectly. In fact it made it a little softer and a little more even toned. It was easy to use and I have since tested it in some of our rain storms. Zero staining and the water just ran right off. I highly recommend this.

I got this item for my Saddleback leather briefcase. It has worked well and only slightly darkened my chestnut colored bag. This is also a conditioner so that's nice and really makes the leather great. Definitely recommend Chamberlain's products.

I have been purchasing Saddleback leather goods throughout the year now and got turned on to Chamberlains Leather Milk through them. I bought the #1 to clean and condition my leather, as well as my car seats and wallet and whatnot. I bought the #3 for a duffel bag that I bought that came to me rather dull and lifeless and wanted to make sure that it was protected from the elements because I was heading into Colorado for a trip. This stuff is great. I protected the bag very well. Wiped it on (went on easy) and let it sit overnight. Came back to it and wiped off the residue (because when it dries it can leave a residue in areas where you glob it on and don't spread it evenly). After that I buffed it some and the leather looks great. As a test, I poured a glass of water over the bag and the water just ran right off and never bothered the leather. I'm really happy with this stuff. I can see it being used for nice bags that are exposed to the outdoor elements in bad climates and nice leather shoes/boots. Thanks Chamberlain's!

I used No 1 on my shoes and a well worn leather coat and the results were excellent. I used No 3 to keep the early morning water off my golf shoes (I walk the course) and again the results have been excellent. No harsh odor or chemicals. I used waterproofing sprays in the past and I think my lungs were what got waterproofed. very easy to apply.
