I have been using this product for about a year. I drive a lot (commute is about an hour long and I often make 4-6 hour drives) and always found my back hurting at the end of the drive. Ever since I purchased the pillow I have been able to sit up straighter while I drive and substantially reduced my fatigue and back pain. Highly recommended.

It is just the right size to use at home and in the car. I was not able to find it locally and was thrilled to find it here. I keep one in each car and at home.

As anyone with back pain knows, back cushions vary in accordance with ones body shape and size. I'm 5'11" and 220 pds and it works perfectly for me. I think it would work well for someone smaller as well. You can wash the cover which is fortunate since I managed to spill something on it the day I got it. I plan on ordering two more. I have lumbar and thoracic disc problems. Update: no longer use it as I prefer my memory foam to this which is too thick for most situations and not wide enough.
