The enclosure is well made and it produces a good sound, but the sound gets distorted when the seat is lowered, this box should be redesigned to fit properly under the seat.

didnt really fit under the seat too well and when i got it positioned right the sub hits the floor but with a little tweaking it works

For what you pay it is a decent start. I am coming of a JL stealthbox in a 2001 chevy extended cab with a 12w3v2. I put a rockford shallow p3sd2-10 in this box and it sounds pretty good both subs were being pushed by a JL audio 500/1. The cons do stack up though concerning the box. The sub hits the floor towards rear of box....I remedied using small pieces of 1x1 cut to fit. Another con is the speaker terminals...I will have to replace them because they do not mainain a connection. Also the trim ring on my Rockford sub will not attach due to the small mounting surface and the proximity of the box 'legs'. The box is incredibly small, and the rockford sub sound suprisingly well and are pretty impressive for one 10 inch woofer......I still may get another one of these 10's......or maybe find a 12.

Purchased this box for my 2008 Super Crew. Installed a MTX-6000 10" sub that I previously had in a different box, fit perfect. I poly-filled the box to give it that extra depth. Box fits under the rear seat nicely, actually sets about an inch behind the front of the seat. Running it off a bridged Sony Xplode 400W amp I mounted to the rear wall behind the seat. Factory deck with upgraded door speakers (Infinity Reference 6832c) and it sounds great!! Was going for QUALITY of sound, not QUANTITY, and I'm very happy!! The very back of the sub outer rim is touching the carpet of the floor, but even at high volumes I can't hear any distortion or variation of sound, don't think it will cause any problems. Terminals on back of the box could be better quality, but not worth loosing one star over. Overall Very happy customer!!

First of all make sure it fits your model, it might not fit your truck.

Second make sure you get the right speaker for it it has to be 10" in radius and 5.5" in depth or less I used Pioneer TS-W259D4 Champion Series 10" Dual 4ohm 1200 Watts but I had to remove the plastic cover which is simple using an allen key.

The enclosure fits with the all weather mats but it might be a bit of a tight fit.

For the sound it does what its supposed to do it will compliment your sound system, no earth shattering performance it delivers the sound with out taking much space.
