I purchased this seat because it's a direct replacement that bolts in with no modification. It's nearly identical to the original seat but it's hard as a rock and raises me up a couple of inches which, for someone 6'4", makes it difficult see out of my Suzuki Samurai. All in all it's OK.

Amazing! Actually does bolt right in like OEM seat. Excellent quality materials, super sturdy construction, very comfortable (NOT hard as a rock, dude is a wuss), springy and perfect for a 4WD vehicle. Does set up about one inch higher than old seat, but probably because old seat is smashed down from 24 years of abuse. I'm 6'1" and still have an inch of headroom. Thank you, Rugged Ridge!!!
