Purchased this item about a week ago and I am highly unsatisfied. Besides dealing with the rude, uninformitative customer service, the product looks nothing like shown in the pictures. Also, feels like it could break extremely easily. Says it is "official licensed" (yeah, can't even get the grammar correct) but I seriously doubt it considering the build quality. Don't waste your money!

This product is sturdy and it really goes thru a lot. I own a jeep and I go off roading quite a bit and this belt stays strong thru all the car work I do. it really will last !! same like other jeep products
