This is an incredible aftermarket GPS unit for my 2011 RAV4. It looks even better than the factory unit from Toyota that usually comes with the Limited trim level RAV. The unit feels good, nothing cheap about it. I had some concerns before I had it installed because there were no screenshots of what the map looks like, but I'm more than pleased at the visual aesthetics of the map and the unit's user interface. Very high quality screen with good resolution, and the unit is very responsive when you use the touchscreen. I recommend this unit very highly for anybody who wants to make their RAV4 look cool. I would almost go as far as to say not to pay the extra money at the dealership for navigation installed by the factory and buy this unit instead.

My only two complaints:

(1) My RAV has the premium sound system, and it was not compatible with the JBL speaker system for whatever reason. The place where I had it installed was able to get around this by using some adapter, and everything works and sounds great now.

(2) Unlike the factory units from Toyota, this unit does not turn on instantly. It takes about 10 seconds for it to start up after you turn on the car, and another 10 seconds for the nav system to power up. Not a big deal in the long run though

This unit looks to be made extremely well. Unfortunately it's electrical plugs don't match a 2012 model. I will be on the lookout for an updated model by Simplesoft. Keith

I received it package on time. The system came with everything as mentioned. I took it to a local company and they Put it in the car.

I tried and work great. Haven't had any trouble with it so far. The touch screen works perfect. I can hear every song an it fits correctly in the Rav4 radio area. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Replies all your queries instantly.

I highly recommend it.

NO Warranty card, No Brand name, No Serial Number.

Unit works fine except no Bluetooth voice to other party. Some times it works and sometime it doesn't.

I rather recomend it to buy directly at Simplesoftusa.com and there price for original equipment Only $499.00. (only 10 dollars more than what TitanTech. Item didn't shipped until after week which should have shipped within two business days. They ship Through DHL express that's positive. Touchscreen doesn't response well sometimes. Turning on takes 10 seconds and navigation will take another 10 seconds. Back up camera doesn't turn on instantly, takes about 5 seconds. honestly not worth it. Doesnat even come with all accessories what simplesoft website claims, Obviously my complain is they post this item as made by simplesoft but it is not when it arrives. I feel this is fraud.
