I bought the heater/vibrator for my wife and she loves it. My Ford Excursion XLT did not have a heated seat like her car so I got this cussion and she likes the vibrator as much or more than the heater.

Have lower back pain, this product is for you. I owned something similar years ago and it wore out. So happy I was able to find a replacement. Showed it to a co-worker, he bought one as well. Great buy!

I ordered this cushion as a gift for my father. He only used it three times before the wires shorted out and the cushion no longer worked. When he called the company, an engineer tried to help him, but the product was beyond repair. When he talked to the manufacturer, they refused to replace the cushion. Don't buy this product. Not only does it not work, but the company will not replace it or refund your money.

does the job, a bit bulky in seat...could be because of the lumbar support in my car..color is wonderful for any beige leather interior
