We bought this to help with getting the seatbelt on over the granddaughters car seat, reaching over is hard. The first one we bought we measured wrong and it only fit on one side. We contacted Amazon to return and within 2 minutes of sending it, the company called us directly, told us they would ship the correct one and when we receive it to send the other back with the enclosed shipping label. The new one works great. Does what is says and I would recommend this company just for their customer service!
