We bought for our children two different seat belt pads but both from Bell. They both have warning that product contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. And they really smell with some chemicals, the ones Chinese very cheap products have. The question why are they selling that to people?

The length of this item is an issue as well as it's tendency to slide on the seat belt causing it to not stay where needed. There is a concerning warning on the packaging: there is something (undelineated) in the material of this product that according to California law is cancer-inducing. That definitely does not instill confidence in this product! It wasn't worth the cost to ship it back, but would not recommend it.

For those of us who are...ahem...vertically challenged...seat belts can sometimes really dig into or irritate the neck or collarbone area even in cars that allow some adjustment. Use of seat belt pads like this one provide a level of comfort, without compromising the integrity of the safety device. The pads attach via velcro around the seat belt strap. You'll want to attach them tightly enough that they stay in the right place for your comfort; but too tight and the seat belt may have trouble retracting when you exit the vehicle. Not a big problem just find the right balance. These are nice pads, and have a good look to them. I think I actually prefer the options that are sheepskin (faux) covered instead of the memory foam though. The faux sheepskin versions area little softer, and not prone to the foam flattening out over time. These are still nice though.

I bought this product for my 3 yr old. He's in a booster seat now and the seat belt was cutting his neck. This seat belt pad doesn't slide or fall off. It's pretty secure and comfortable for my little guy.

I would like to say this seat belt pad is not memory foam, but it does do the job.

This product is Ok but I wish it was maybe 4" longer. When you put it on your seatbelt and are sitting in the car it will protect your neck (I hope) but barely and adjusting it every time you get in or out of the car is sometimes tedious. When you want to get out of the car you have to take off the seatbelt pad so the strap goes back up into its holder or you have to fish it through the seatbelt pad so it goes up into its holder or you can just put the whole seatbelt onto your seat and leave it there until next time you use your car but you still have to adjust the pad when you get back into the car. I'm not sure how I'll end up using it or if I'll just take my chances and remove it all together.
