This item is somewhat helpful though not as helpful as I thought it would be. I thought it would make it easier for me to reach the seat belt since I have pain in and problems with my shoulders , it is hard to reach back for the seatbelt. This item may be helpful to others although I didn't find it all that helpful to me. I can recommend purchase of this item to those who don't have as many health issues as I do. It also gets in my way when the seat belt is on and kind of flops around which is annoying, but may not be bothersome to others.

The seat belt grabber has been a life saver for my 84 year old mom. She has severe back problems and it was very hard to reach for the seat belt until we got the seat belt grabbers. Now she just pulls the seat belt grabber and it is fastened. She tells me every time she gets in the car how wonderful it is.

The concept is great and I'm glad it works for some people, but even though it was very difficult to undo and redo the fasteners while putting it on, mine keeps sliding down the seatbelt to the bottom, where I can't reach it. If it would stay in position on the belt where I need it, it would be great, but it doesn't. It's not doing me any good.

the seatbelt extension rides up and prevents the seatbelt from fully retracting. It is at the top of the seat and hard to reach.
