no directions, but fairly easy to figure out, had to poke holes to put the fabric to put the head rest back in.

Love the tan and brown stripes, they match the tan interior of my vehicle well. Easy to install, fit my Mercury Mariner. The only set-back I found is that there are no openings on the rear seat-back cover for the head rest posts to go thru. I had to use my handy seam ripper to cut a few threads on the seam for the posts to fit thru. Overall, happy with the set, price was definitely great!
