i have ordered this seat 3 times now and each time i got the wrong seat. i kept getting a '' Matrix '' brand seat. nothing wrong with them its just not the one i ordered. at least amazon is good with returns ( i didn't even have to pay return shipping).

Hey this product is no gem. That said it is a very good deal for what you get. I am quite happy with the seat. I would not order this seat for a real car. Fork over the bucks and get something else.

The first seat came missing all the hardware, dirty and had black sides unlike the picture. I contacted customer service by email before I went to bed. In the morning I read that they had shipped off a new seat, next day air and free of charge. I also received a prepaid return label. Two days later the seat was installed and excepting "seats".
