This heated seat element is a good quality replacement. It comes with the heating element, replacement upholstery ring clips, and ring pliers. The included pliers aren't very useful, I've found a good set of needle pliers to work best when re-installing the rings.

Installation wasn't too difficult, took about 1 hour start to finish. Remove the outer molded plastic seat trim (one screw at the very back), unhook the front, outer side, and back of the seat cover from the seat frame (don't worry about unhooking the inner side), then pull the upholstery up on those three sides. Open the rings (about 12 or 13) holding seat cover to the frame by sliding the needle nose pliers into each ring and pulling it open, then remove. Pull up the heating element, unhook the electrical connection under the seat, and remove the element. The new element is self-stick, remove the backing to expose the tape and press it down. Make sure to leave slack for the element to contour down into the two seat grooves. Now replace the seat cover by replacing the ring clips. Hook the ring onto the bottom frame cable loaded in the groove of the foam, then into the underside of the seat cover, use the pliers to bend the clip closed. Sometimes it easier to bend one side of the ring so that its easier to hook into the seat frame. Re-clip the front, side, and back of the seat cover to the frame, re-install the plastic trim, and re-connect the element electrical connection.
