I have been using the CG-Lock in local driving for several years. When I leave the highways and travel on the winding mountain roads in southern California, the CG-Lock makes the drive far more comfortable by maintaining my position within the seat and lets me focus on keeping the center of gravity below the vehicle.

I also use the CG-Lock as a passenger on these same roads and the ride improvement is astonishing. As a driver you can anticipate the move. As a passenger you rely on the driver. The CL-Lock makes for a much more comfortable ride by maintaining the passenger's seat position. No more grabbing on to the handle above the window trying to keep from leaning one way or the other. The CG-Lock does all the work.

Whether driving or riding as a passenger, I have found the CG-Lock to provide a dramatic improvement in automobile comfort. I simply do not understand why the big carmakers do not integrate CG-Lock into their belt restraint systems, but I am grateful we can by them aftermarket. Since installation is so easy we have two in each of our three vehicles. Highly recommended.

I have three grand children who frequently travel with me. When putting thier car seats in my SUV, it was always a chore to get them secure. Since putting in the CG lock, the seats are easier to install and are much more secure. For anyone who has children the CG lock is idea purchase to insure their safety while riding in their car seats.

I have owned this for two weeks and so far it has worked as advertised. It was an easy install, but the instructions were a bit confusing until I actually started installing the CG Lock.

I purchased for my Land Rover for off-roading and support for long trips. I have not tried it off-roading yet, but for everyday driving it has helped me in that it holds me snugly in the seat, allowing the seat to support my lower back instead of my body. I have had lower back surgery and sitting for long periods tends to irritate my back, and the CG Lock has decreased that discomfort immensely. Thanks for the great product!

I was looking for something that would keep me in my seat. The belt in my car only locks when it thinks it should, for example, going around a sharp turn. I'm smaller and find in the bigger seat I slide forward and it upsets my back. This easy to install device keeps my lower half locked in so I don't have to think about sliding forward.
