I saw this on Amazon and thought it would be perfect for my daughter's DVD player.

It arrived, extremely well packaged, not damaged at all. I installed the headrest mount with minimal problems (and that part was great) as soon as we tried to put the DVD player holding part on it broke in 2 pieces and we immediately called Amazon, ghot a refund and decided we didn't want another one if it can break that easily.

I would not normally have put this review on Amazon, but when asked for a review earlier, I wrote pretty much the same as this and THEN was called by the company, who claimed to be Amazon, they told me to delete my review as the item was broken in transit, when I said no it was not it arrived in perfect shape and only snapped in half on install (and we were being gentle with the thing too, being as it's only made of plastic), she then told me once more to delete it, and I refused.

So be warned, this item may or may not break easily, I only know the one I got DID, so I ordered a different product from Amazon instead a car table that attaches to the headrest too).

Any company that tries to force a customer to delete a slightly negative review is not someone I will be doing any business with in future.

Looks like a decent product, but do not buy this item to hold a Sony DVP-FX950. It does not fit. When the DVP-FX950 is folded into the tablet position it is too thick to be held securely by the bottom and side fasteners. You can wedge the DVD player in, but the side (plastic) arms bent so as to look like they will snap. You cannot tighten them down securely.

Unfortunately, I'll have to send this back and find another DVD holder for the car.

I looked everywhere for a headrest holder that would hold my 10 inch flip DVD player. This product works great! It is a little hard to figure out at first because it comes with no directions and is a little time consuming if you want to constantly take the DVD player in and out of the vehicle or to switch DVDs but it serves its purpose well and I am very happy with my purchase. We recently were on vacation and I brought this with. It easily adjusts to various vehicles and I had no problem using it in our rental vehicle. It was a life savor when driving to Disney!

Its a great DVD stand for the car...its abit hard to install initally but once its in it is spot on and my daughter loves it! Watches Mickey Mouse Clubhouse wherever we go :)

I ordered the product and arrived with missing part and broken. I was very upset. After sending out an email complaining the delivery, I was immediately sent a replacement. The first order took a while but the the replace arrive quickly. It appears the service is quite good after all. The packaging was not good so I can only give 4 stars.
