I use these covers to protect my seats because my clothes can get dirty during my work. They do a pretty good job of staying in place and covering the seats when driving. That's why I gave it two stars. The problem is, they have ink labels on the plastic that rubbed off onto my light-colored leather seat and gave it some black stains after I used 20-25 covers. I was able to get most of the stains out but some I couldn't. I hope it will come out. Perhaps I was not using them properly, but I haven't used them in hot weather so the ink didn't melt, and I don't know what else would cause them to stain. But there should be some sort of warning on the box. I only used them once in a car with cloth seats and there didn't appear to be any problems other than it not staying in place as well, but beware if you are buying these for leather seats.

I was actually looking for a thicker plastic to put under seat covers on my leased vehicle (the seats are a light color). I couldn't find what I wanted exactly, so these will do. I put a couple of them on each front seat and then covered THAT with a regular seat cover. I'm always driving around with a gatorade or vitamin water-y thing so I'm scared of ruining the seats.

I ordered this because I often have to transport clients in my personal vehicle and wanted to protect my seats from people going to the bathroom. I used the plastic covers under a fabric cover I had in my car. It protected my seats but slid a lot.it takes a bt of effort to get the plastic to stay on the seats correctly. My dad however LOVES them for his car. I would buy again if needed

We work on a lot of jeeps with soft tops or no top at all and these are perfect. Work to keep rain off the seat or to separate a wet seat from a mechanic on a test drive.
