This works perfectly. One critic claimed it banged against his seat when he stopped quickly. Just run a strip of Velcro down the seat back and down the back side of the holder. Works perfectly. This is one Christmas gift I found really hit the spot because it got my umbrellas off the floor on the passenger side of my car (passengers were ecstatic to find the umbrellas gone).
