I put them on my 3" 3M buffer from my headlight kit. They work great, tough enough to all the jobs i have thrown at it, but does not scratch. Still on my first pad, don't worry about the price for 3 you will not wear them out quick.

I have used these on everything from tires to the flat top stove. The porous structure of this pad easily gives off a lot of product sling, so be aware at higher speeds. Best application was using Glass Science Glass Scrub to clean all the glass on the car before re-sealing it with Rain Clear, beautiful job.

I used this pad to remove excessive wax and other stains from vinyl and black trimmings on a Goldwing motorcycle after trying all kind of cleaners. I simply used plain filtered water and the pad and all my black trimmings came out looking great. Like any tool, finding the appropriate application for a it will make it shine. This worked well for me.
