Not a bad headrest mount. The velcro is super sticky! The only issue that I ran into was the cover of the case. I ended up cutting it off as my son kept kicking it and pulling on it. I'm only giving 4 stars due to the cover flap.

We're not the type that lets our kids watch a lot of TV, let alone in the car; and would never have a built in DVD player or some such in our vehicle. However! All the usual road trip games and conversations had really worn thin by the last day of an 8 day road trip, and this was invaluable for keeping our 4 year old entertained.Additionally, it's just a nice case/stand that can be used all of the time.

We bought this for use on longer car trips with our two year old. While we are not huge fans of a lot of screen-time, I can't see how a few episodes of Super Why are less educational than being stuck in traffic in the rain or something.What I Like :
the Surface fits snugly into the case, and is easy to take in and out
all side ports are still usable with the case on
the Velcro piece that fits around the headrest is just a large elastic band, so its easy to move from car to car
What I Don't Like :
the leather feels pretty bulky and when not using for car rides, I take the Surface out of the case for regular use. This seems a bit nitpicky, I know, but if this had been a good usable case as well as having the ability to snap into the car headrest, it would be a 5 star product
