After I figured out I was putting the wrong cover on the wrong seat, assembly got much simpler. They look and feel great even without the extra tethering other users suggested. Fits snuggly on my '92 Lexus ES300.

I ordered a full set of seat covers for my car (fronts and rears) because I'd prefer everything match, and these seemed more child friendly than my factory upholstery. Unfortunately, my rear seat has molded in headrests, and the cover was three inches short of fitting no matter what I tried. (it also would have had a big empty space between the headrests with no support.) Other than that, I'm very happy with these covers. The material is exactly what I expected, they look great and wipe clean easily. They were well worth the money. I'll just use the back covers for something else.
