Do not buy this cushion! It is not what appears in the photo. I ordered this product for my mother based on the photo and description but the product is not what is in this photo. It is a wedge cushion, and does not have the cut away in that is pictured. I am trying to get our cushion exchanged and so far have not been able to reach the seller. ID # 105-6166915-260

I love this cushion. I disregarded the other reviews because I did NOT want the cut out. This cushion is perfect for my car seat and so comfortable for me. I recently had severe spinal surgery and this is the only thing that makes driving (I can drive now!) tolerable. I am so happy with the cushion that I will purchase another one for my home office and a third for my workplace office.

Just like the previous reviewer this was pictured incorrectly--missing the cutout. But rather than deal with the hassle of sending it back I just took the pillowcase off of it and cut a portion out. Works fairly well but I'm not happy with the seller or amazon.
