My husbands car doesn't have locking seat belts nor does it have latch so I needed something to lock the seat belt into place so I could install an extra car seat in his car. This does the job.

These clips come in handy for the baby car seat carrier and when you don't have the base. Since the carrier is used in all different vehicles. So got one for each car. It keeps the seat belt tight when you use the seat belt across the rear facing car seat carrier.
