I was so pleased with this lumbar pillow when it arrived (I ordered it on 7/22/12). Great support, great cover and two elastic straps that allow this pillow to stay firmly attached to my home office chair. Very professional looking so I don't mind having it attached to my chair. It looks almost upholstered. I had wanted two of the pillows (one for my desk chair and one for the computer chair) but ordered the first one to be sure I liked the pillow. I loved it, so ordered a second one(7/31/12). I was stunned when it arrived; and I, without thinking, opened the celophane covering (Remember, I had already gotten one and loved it.) This is absolutely not the same pillow. The cover is quite ugly--loose and cheap looking. The inside stuffing is hard and uncomfortable. There is only one strap to hold it to the chair. I am soooo disappointed. I went back to my invoices to be sure I had ordered the same pillow. I had. I remember going into the history of my orders and chosing to reorder the same product. However, the first order was fulfilled by UNIQUE IMPORTS--great lumbar pillow. This second one was fulfilled by CIRCLE A, LLC--hugh disappointment. So I will caution you to look carefully at the seller (it did not occur to me that this was necessary).

So, sadly, I am giving an excellent product a one-star rating to caution future buyers to be very thorough when ordering. I am going to call Amazon and see if I can return this and get one like my first ordered from UNIQUE IMPORTS.

Just called Amazon. They are so great to work with. They are allowing a return and are helping me find the correct pillow. Love this company. They started an e-mail discussion between Mike (Unique Imports) and myself. Mike said to check back on Amazon the end of August and they should have this pillow offered for sale again. I did just that, found it August 22 and ordered two more of them (after verifying with Unique Imports, by phone this time, that this was indeed the same pillow I got the first time I ordered). I had my packing slip from my first order showing a description with the number (AG-5AGN-7FX3) under it and asked the rep I spoke with if this was correct. He wanted my original order number, which I had. He assured me I would be getting the same pillow.

Now, to describe this pillow. It is black, of course, with firm support. It has two non-adjustable straps across the back (they are generous enough for my office chair [17" across the back, 3" thick] and I wanted non-adjustable--the adjustable ones just don't seem to stay put. There is a Velcro opening in the back, but I honestly don't know why unless this turns out to be washable. I suppose, also, if it ever breaks down, you could take whatever is in the inside out and replace it. The cover has a nice, tailored faux-leather upholstered look. So now I have three of these. Two for the office and one for dear husband's recliner (bad back) and will order more (from Unique Imports only--through Amazon) if ever I need them.

Also, and a big ALSO!! I order these last two pillows August 22, 2012. They actually arrived today, August 25, 2012. Now that is impressive--all the way from California to the middle of the country. Great service Unique Imports. My back thanks you.

Don't hesitate to order this supportive lumbar pillow. We are pleased. I, also, changed my original 1 star rating to a 5 star.

So let's preface this review by allowing me to state that I'm 31 and have had minor back pains off and on for years mostly from snowboarding, sitting at a desk all day long and from mutiple years of college-based drinking myself into sleeping in awkward positions....it is what it is...but enough of that. One of my co-workers found this item on Amazon raved about it and told me to try it out. It took me all of about 10 seconds to sit in this, feel the support and know that I was going to purchase one.

Take if from me most all back problems start from our sitting habits expecially if we sit for 8 or more hours a day this little guy knocked out just about every back pain I've had which means; no more chiropractor.

For the price, you should try it it won't dissapoint.

Nice wrapping, quality and comforts is better than I was expected for the price compare with others. I'm ordering another one in near future. I guess you have to see and feel it to believe it. I'm a customer and read the reviews just like you are doing now and this is the one I've been looking for.

Product was as described, it is a bit firm. I purchased 2 one for the office and one for my car. The support seems to work better in my office chair, I find it is too thick to use in my car.
