I bought this to replace another warmer I bought here on Amazon ( returned within 30 days). I liked the design of 1 plug for 2 seats and the price was reasonable. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than anticipated to that was nice. Out of the bag it had an odd smell but it seems to mellow after a while.
They have gotten daily use now and it's been about 2-3 weeks. Heat is consistent (problem we had with the other different brand).
Only real problem we have with it is it bunches up in the seat. We didn't use all the straps and hooks so some of it is us. We just make sure to straiten it out before we get in and it still works fine. I'd recommend it for someone that wants heated seats for 2.

The seat heats well but the back does not. The upper back doesnt heat at all. What else can I say?

arrived a little later than I expected, but was packaged well. Directions only arrived in a different language, I beleive it may be Chinese. But it is pretty simple. these do heat up fast and are very warm. perfect for those cold rides beore the heater is working well.
