The photo is not exactly what it looks like but it does work quite well. I wish the lumbar section was a bit bigger because of the support I need.. Still, it does work quite well for trips in the car.

This didn't really work in my car. A bit overwide for the seat and pushed me too forward to the steering wheel. Maybe it would work better for someone with longer legs so you can push back your car seat? For someone short, didn't really work.

Nice and thick, firm also. Too many of the lumbar supports out there are thin and soft. Seems like it'll last a while, and has a cover on it that seems very sturdy.
