I was really nervous from it shipping from Hong Kong but it arrived within the first two weeks I ordered it. It is a nice radio fits in our VW Jetta 2006 very nice. I am not happy with the graphics though, I spent the extra 100 bucks on this one becuase it was newer then the other radios offered, but the graphics are just not as nice. Also I do not like that the manual was not very clear as to what everything does/works. It is hard emailing back in forth when I wish I could just call and speak to the seller as how to fix our problems. I do not know if its becuase I drive a manual that the back up camera does nto work for me. But other than the those probelms it is nice.

Same as the Tyso usa radio I have just different software. terrible radio reception. I would look for a radio that you can talk to customer service. Or go to your local installer and get a good radio from them
