A friend of mine is a bit oversized and a regular size car seatbelt does not fit around her. With this extension, she can wear her seatbelt! No more tickets! :)

Other options were to disassemble down to the floor of the car bolts and all.... what a pain in the rear! This is so much easier, just buckle and go! And it can be put in a purse and used in anyone's car!
