I ordered the Res-Q-me after watching the news of a man that ended up in a pond here in Central Florida and die while being on the phone with 911 and they were unable to get to him till it was too late. The man was stuck wearing his seat belt and the window would not go down so the man drowned. I now have one on my key ring as well as making sure that my Fiancee has one on hers.

I believe its always better to have an item and not need it than to need it and not have it!

I bought a bunch of these to give to the folks at my office on my 12th anniversary at the public defenders. I wanted to find something useful that wouldn't just get chucked in a drawer. I happened across a video of these rescue tools while researching little survival pocket knives and immediately decided these were the way to go. I had a friend years ago who drove off a causeway and didn't get found until Spring. His windows were still rolled up, and his seat belt was still fastened around what was left of him. Everyone here now has one of these on their key chains. I shopped around and got them for a little over $6 apiece. I stopped by a friends salvage yard (NOT "junk yard", he insists) and showed him the tool. We popped it against a steel desk, and it left a neat little dent. From there we went out to the lot and tried it on six or seven salvage cars. Every window burst on the first hit, and the little razor went through seat belts like butter. Something this cool, and this useful, and this cheap, is an amazing find. I sincerely hope I never need it, but I'm surely never driving anywhere without it.

NOTE: One of my co-workers initially declined her Res-Q-Me, since she had "one of those little orange hammer thingies that does the same thing". When we were driving to lunch later I asked her to show me the "hammer thingie". She rummaged around in the center console, then in a little drawer under the dash, and then asked me to check the glove box, where I found the "hammer thingie" in the plastic envelope with her owners manual. Point made. She now has her Res-Q-Me on her key ring, hanging right there in front of her any time she starts the car.

The only thing that's good with this set is the floor mats. Other than that...all the other stuff are NOT durable. The car seat cover rips easily...The CD holder...let's just say...when I turn, there will be CDs flying out...The window shades were TERRIBLE! Would not recommend this!

I had originally planned to buy some of the custom WeatherTech floor liners that I had seen advertised on TV (having never heard of the Husky liners). When I took my car in to get tinting and a clear-bra put on, I asked the guy there if he had any experience with the WeatherTechs. He indicated that they were good but he preferred the Husky liners.

After doing some research, I decided on the Husky liners as they cover up the floor-mat retention hole with rubber (so it can't leak through) and they have a bunch of pointy cones on the bottom that prevent the floor mats from shifting around.

Like other liners in this price range they are custom fit to the vehicle (2011 Subaru Legacy in my case) and they fit perfectly in the foot wells. The rear floor-mat is all one piece so it also covers up the hump in the rear footwell. By default they cover up the gas lever on the floor, but they have an area where you can cut it if you want. I leave mine covered and just reach underneath for the lever. With the high side-walls and the covered up holes these should hold a substantial amount of winter muck.

The only downside I can see is that I wish the material was a little thicker/sturdier as I'm wary of these wearing through quickly. Only time will tell how well they hold up.

Just as great as weather tecs! I find the huskies for the Gen 4 outback (2010 and up) to be better than weather tecs because they offer higher protection behind the gas and brake pedals, which also prevents the gas pedal from getting stuck on the mat which can be dangerous!

I have never went the sub woofer route and I have always held self powered sub woofers in low regard. Over 30 years of owning a 1979 MGB there have been about 5 major car audio revisions but never a sub woofer. I do not like booming bass or listen to rap. Since the Kenwood KSC-SW11 looked like an easy fit behind the drivers seat I gave it a try.

Love it. The Kenwood BT955HD Center Unit has sub woofer out pre amps and can configure the crossovers. Front door speakers are 6 1/2 Polk MM6501, when the HPF is set to 100Hz the mids become much clearer, I set the rear deck Polk M691 HPF to 80Hz.

Major low cost improvement, bass is clean and tight and blends correctly with the other speakers, mid range no longer has that muddy sound from trying to produce bass that it can not. Who knew?

After reading dozens reviews I decided to purchase the unit as it was one of the few that would fit under the seat of my '87 Toyota MR2 replacing the clapped out stocker. I was really surprised at the sound of this compact unit. No, it won't rattle the windows of the next car over but, it POUNDS in my little car! It really more than fills in the missing bass as a result of the small speakers in the stock locations. It was easy to install and once I adjusted the head unit (Sony CDX-GT360MP) and the sub controls it was phenominal. Way more than expected. Those few negative reviews must have had faulty units or not set up correctly. I would recomend this unit to anyone who needs a compact, effective subwoofer.

Easy install. came with most the wires and connectors you'll need. small and compact. fits under driver seat. good sound with a little adjustment of head unit and settings on remote control. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is lacks some refinement when it comes to good deep bass, but I'm spoiled having had a good Boston system before.

I recommend this to anyone looking to add a little punch to an SUV, but doesn't want to give up any trunk space.

I wanted to add some low-end to my FR-S without sacrificing the already small amount of space I have in the "backseat" and trunk. This was the smallest sub I could find and I'm glad to see that after I got through installing it that it sounds great.

The sub fit perfectly under the driver's seat. I can even drop the seat all the way low and it won't catch. That's awesome, since the sub is completely invisible and doesn't take up any of my usable space!

Sound-wise, it will add a noticeable amount of low-end without become obnoxious. This isn't a window rattling unit, but it does fill a void that exists with the stock stereo. It blends in well with the stock soundstage and isn't overpowering.

It's easy to get your exact settings dialed in with the remote control. I adjusted the volume on my head unit and then adjusted the frequency and volume to get the sound to really blend in. Just for fun, I bumped up the radio's subwoofer output and turned the sub all the way up. The results were a really muddy, overblown bass that just didn't sound good. When you dial it back and keep from pushing it completely, the bass is natural and really seems to fit in.

This is exactly the kind of sub that I wanted for my car. The only thing I had to buy along with this sub were some RCA cables since my head unit had pre-outs. Everything else I needed for install came included!

I bought the Kenwood KSC-SW11 to add some bottom end to my Honda Civic aftermarket audio system, without sacrificing boot space. This unit fits perfectly under the front passenger seat without intruding into rear passenger footwell, and completely out of sight. Came with most of the wiring needed, except for an RCA splitter which was needed to split the Sub-woofer out terminal from my head unit. While the subwoofer did add some low end oomph, it does not hit teh real low frequencies that you can feel my guess is that it goes as low as 40Hz, and that is it. Turned up enough, it does rattle the rear view mirrors, but distortion kicks in pretty early.

I bought this for my 6-year-old son for family trips. He loves it a lot. Unlike the other reviewer, who uses this for DVD player, I use it to hold my tablet. Maybe because the tablet is much lighter than the DVD player, it can handle the weight pretty well. Yes, there are some vibration while driving, but since what I am looking at is a, I cannot expect a result of something built-in. Anyway, the movement is in my acceptable and reasonable range. The installation is straightforward. What I was dealing with is just tightening screws. It took me about 5 minutes to put it on and adjust it to my tablet size. It doesn't look pretty, but OK. Anyway, I won't leave it in the car except for some long trips. There is a thing I don't like. Those screws I must tighten are not very convenient, especially the biggest one in the center back, for which I can only stick in two fingers in awkward position between the narrow gap of the cradle and the seat to do the job. It really can and should be substituted by a lever. Anyway, this is an inexpensive product that can do its job.

First of all it took over a month to get the item. I was not happy about the wait that it took to get it.

The devices purpose is to provide a cleaner, better way to support a portable dvd player instead of the awkward and ugly looking bag option. So, the Navitch dvd player holder became very attractive to me as a product.

The review:

1. The product did clean up the look and appearance of the support system for the portable dvd player.

2. The product has a weak point that does not hold the weight of the dvd player.

3. I used it on one trip and I had to re-adjust it several times because the weight caused the dvd player to droop downward.

4. Good Idea

5. Not constructed to handle the weight of the player.

6. In order to keep using it, I am going to have to super glue the connection in place so it will not move or support it in some way.

7. The price point was very affordable.

Over all, I gave the Navitech item a one star for providing a cleaner look to my car. Functionaly, the item needs to be redesigned to handle the weight of the dvd player. Please redisign the support connection for this item and you will have great product.

The seat covers are not high quality fabric but the price is low so that is what I expected. I love the design and the fact that it doesn't prevent me from using seat back pockets.
