The extender arrived very promptly. (Ordered through Amazon.com on Friday. Received on Monday.) Unfortunately, the item did not fit. After requesting a return through Amazon.com, I received a call within a hour from Derek at OEM Extenders. He explained that after some research he learned that my car used two different extenders depending on the size of seat belt buckle installed in the vehicle. He apologized for the inconvenience and promised to send the proper extender along with a return shipping label for the miss-sized item. Three days later, I received the correct extender. It fit. I'm very pleased with this vendor and the product purchased. Derek provided great customer service.
