This is a great product for those of us who are vertically challenged and struggle with getting that seatbelt to fit properly. I gave it 4 of 5 stars (I really wanted to give it 4.75.) because it isn't completely mindless to use. However, I haven't found anything out there that works as well and I'm back for more.

There are two versions of this product; slide-lock (LooPo) and screw-lock (Traveling LooPo) I originally purchased six of the slide-lock version and liked it so much I decided to get more. (I travel often and have depleted my first supply by inadvertently leaving them in rental cars.)

The slide-lock version is easier to use after it is installed on the seatbelt. It has 3 pieces; top, bottom, and the red lock. Installing is a 2-handed operation that could benefit from a third hand. You hold the bottom against the belt and slide the top+lock into the channels on either side from the bottom. Unfortunately, the lock tends to fall out while you are trying to align the top and bottom, and all of this while you fight the seatbelt as it tries to retract. This can be frustrating, but once it's on, it works well. Just slide the lock to open, position the LooPo on the seatbelt, and slide the lock to close. The belt stays where you put it; no slipping.

The travel version consists of two pieces; the black clip that fits around the seatbelt, and a screw lock. To install, you remove the screw lock, slide the belt into the clip, and replace the screw lock; although it takes a little effort to get the screw to align with the threads. To position the Traveling LooPo, unscrew the lock a couple of turns, slide the clip, and screw the lock back in. You do not have to completely remove the screw to position the LooPo on the seatbelt. Unscrewing and screwing takes a few seconds longer than slide-locking, but the seatbelt stays where you put it; no slipping.

You do not have to remove either LooPo version to completely retract the seatbelt when you leave the car. Just slide the LooPo down to the seatbelt tab.

I carry at least one of these with me at all times so I can use it no matter what car I'm in or which seat I occupy. Money well spent.

I love the idea and the principle works but it's too weak to hold my seatbelts. One broke immediately, the other is on at the moment but I'm not confident it will last long! It might be better on cheaper, thinner material seatbelts.

I have used items in the past to accomplish the same action, this is the best design no pieces hitting me while driving, it a little more difficult to operate but more than worth the trouble
