I was wondering what I could get to fit the bucket seats of my BMW M3. It had an unusual shaped seat (with headrest and bolsters) that universal covers could not fit and when they did fit, they looked terrible. I needed covers badly since the leather was starting to fray and, in the sun, it would get scalding hot. The nearest covers I could find were upward of $500 on eBay and they had to be custom made. It was then that I stumbled upon the idea of using side less covers since it eliminated my areas of greatest concern. These covers looked decent with nice reviews so I thought for 20 odd bucks it was worth a shot. I ordered them from Amazon and they arrived about 5 days later. They were very easy to install .. Just remove from box, take off protective wraps, place it on seat, and clip the ends together. And they look great, and fit great. A custom cover would fit better, but considering the price difference, these are fantastic. No static, works with my heated seats, does not absorb heat from the sun and protects my leather very well. My only reservation is that they last, but for 20 bucks I may just buy another set and keep it in reserve.

This came right away, was easy to put on and it makes my car interior more colorful. Unfortunately, the one on the driver's side started to shred and separate at the bottom after a few weeks.

I ordered these because the leather seats in my car A.) get scratched too easily for my liking and B.) get way too hot in the summer. This seat cover solves both of those problems for less than a tenth of the price of OEM seat covers, and looks great while doing it. The only gripe I have about these is the pain in the neck process of attaching them to/around the seats, but in order for it to fit properly and keep from moving this is a necessary evil.

The seats are a lighter blue than the photograph but they still look good in the car. I bought them for my lame-o Mom van (Mazda5) because the seats have airbags in them and I didn't want to block that feature. I put two on the front and then two in the middle row where the kids car seats go. I had planned on modifying them to allow the anchors to snap into the seat but I didn't need to do that so that was a big plus and the reason I give them 5 stars, I can just push inward a little in and there is enough room to clip them in. I have the seats in very tight, there is no slip or movement in the seats so it is not affecting the install/safety of them. I have the headrests taken off the middle row as well and just folded down the top of the cover over the back of the seat, no big deal.
