This product is great! we purchased 2 of them and love them. The cushion keeps us cool when driving especially on long trips. It lets the air circulate keeping us cooler. I even have one on my chair at work. Thanks for the great product.

I've used these cushions for fifty years, and they are great. Here, in Key West, the summers are brutal, and car AC is not enough because your butt and back still sweat, get wet and hot against the seat. These seat "cushions" are really not cushions as people think of a cushion; rather, they are VENTILATORS allowing AC air to flow between your body and the seat cover. This is what they are intended to do, and I marvel at the poor reviews from people because "they are not cushiony" etc. These things are great, and I am ordering another pair at this writing. They will last a year or two at which time you throw them away and buy some more. What's the big deal?

Seems to me that some people just have too high expectations about this product. Cool Cushions have been sold since at least the 1940's. They never were meant to be a cushion to give support ect. That's what the seats are for. In those days vehicles didn't have AC except for "2/50 AC" (2 windows down at 50 mph). The Cool Cushion provided a space for ventilation between the users back and the seat. I remember my Grand Dad using a Cool Cushion at the desk in his un-AirConditioned office in the 1940's. They still provide good use for what they were intended for.

We were expecting MORE of a cushion-feel to this seat, but all its really made of is a mesh fabric with little wires inside it to keep air flow moving. It would be okay to keep your butt cool maybe, but for a cushion, its flat and cheap feeling. As for "king size" it barely covers our car's seat...we ended up returning them...not worth it...
