The product is well made, easy (relatively) to install, and does it job. It's ride quality is a bit harsher than the OEM struts, but it is acceptable.

Great to install on cars front end. But the ride is harsh harsh!! Monroe cut the spring length down resulting in a firm,,,hard ride on the front !!Rear installation is terrible!! Long ,long ,long ,rear strut is very very difficult to install in a Chrysler product!! Ride is harsh!! Monroe your computer that designed these struts ,,cut the front struts spring length, to save money, the resulting harsh ride is bad!!Good only for a quick sale!!Not recommended for a buyer that's keeping a car!

i am a 25 year dealership mechanic, I used to sell monroe shocks when I was younger and they were of good quality with a great rep for warranty of product to keep customer satisfaction. I installed these struts on my personal vehicle end of nov. 2012 and now have to replace them august 2013. lifetime warranty means nothing if you have to pay for labor to reinstall something and pay for new alignments. if the original struts lasted 10 yrs. do the math.

I purchase the Quick Strut Completed Assembly in September of 2012. The Bearing plate on both the right and left side need replacing ten months later. I can send them to Amazon.com Customer Returns but must pay for the shipping and return if any. Recommend purchasing near home although the prices are great at Amazon.
