Installed this is a 2006 Expedition. Head unit broke and replaced it with a touch screen Pioneer unit. The adapter kept the stock dvd overhead player functional and didn't have to spend money on a new setup. Installation was a snap.

We had to cut the grey connector part off and splice the wires together but it still does the job fine! I would recommend

This Metra 70-55270AV Factory DVD Retention Harness for Select 2002-2004 Ford Vehicles was the wrong part for my applicaton but nice product. Im sure it would work great in correct application. WILL NOT FIT 2004 EXPEDIION WITH FACTORY NAVIGATION
